Salford Garden Transformation Project

A complete redesign and installation of a multi-feature garden area, combining natural Indian grey sandstone, low maintenance artificial turf, and bespoke timber features to create a durable and visually striking outdoor space.

Materials & Works Delivered:

• Sub-base preparation: 13.5 tonnes of grit sand and hardcore laid and compacted to provide a stable, long lasting foundation.
• Patio area: 45 sqm of premium Grey Indian Sandstone flags, hand laid for a refined, natural finish.
• Lawn area: 38 sqm of high quality 40mm artificial turf installed for a lush, all year round green appearance with minimal upkeep.
• Bonding & fixing: 17 bags of cement used throughout to ensure structural integrity, complemented by professional grade jointing compound for a clean, weather resistant patio finish.
• Raised features & borders: 18 timber sleepers incorporated to define zones and add character to the layout.
• Boundary & access: Bespoke picket fence and gate fitted with quality brackets and screws, providing both security and a charming traditional aesthetic.

The result is a balanced, low maintenance garden that blends natural materials with modern practicality, built to a high standard and designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
